Wahoo! It’s that time of year again!! The lovely Cathy at Cathy746Books is hosting this fabulous event again – go get yourself signed up over at her blog here..
The rules are pretty simple! Choose a pile of books – 10, 15 or the full 20 – read like a crazy person from June 1st to September 1st, and hopefully hit your target!! And if you change your mind during the Summer about the books you’ve chosen, then swap them for something else!! Your list, your rules!! And keep posting about it using the hashtag #20booksofsummer23 so we can all encourage one another to achieve our goals!!
Now, choosing the list is always good fun and I do like to have a theme for my Summer reading, and as I was looking through my bookshelves I noticed I had a few books with a particular theme….. it turns out I had 20 of them!! So choice made….

I’m already admitting defeat in getting them all read over the Summer months but you never know! Stranger things have happened and quite a few of them have been on my bookshelves for quite some time so this might be the kick up the butt I need to get them read!!
